  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries, roughly chopped
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 3/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
