Luckily, there are a couple of Trader Joe’s frozen breakfast items that come packed with protein. Keep these in the freezer for extra-manic mornings (and hey — they can even sub in for dinner in a pinch).

1. The Eggwich

The Eggwich is a great Trader Joe’s frozen breakfast option for anyone eating low-carb. Instead of bread, two fluffy scrambled egg patties surround a turkey sausage patty and slice of American cheese. It’s ready in two minutes in the microwave, which also makes the cheese all melty. Each sandwich has 190 calories, 3 grams of carbs, less than 1 gram of sugar, and 16 grams of protein.

2. Egg Frittata

Egg lovers will also enjoy the Trader Joe’s Egg Frittata, a tasty frozen breakfast dish with 25 grams of protein (per serving, which is two frittatas). Along with egg, egg whites, and Swiss cheese, you’ll find cauliflower and fried onions to make this savory breakfast extra flavorful. It’s also a good source of calcium.
