It’s super tempting to order something delicious, sweet, and indulgent at Starbucks — and the fact is, you can have all of that without sipping a total sugar bomb. It’s easy to enjoy healthy Starbucks drinks when you know a few tricks; and your barista can help make some substitutes or even add fewer pumps of syrup if you’re just looking to cut back.

Next time you find yourself craving a sip of caffeine, try one of these nine healthy Starbucks drinks available all year long. We calculated the nutrition facts along with the Starbucks team. Here’s some information to keep in mind for all nine drinks to come:

  • Nutrition specified here applies to Grande-size drinks at Starbucks (16 ounces).
  • The nutrition for drinks containing milk reflects cow’s milk.
  • Regular dairy milk has natural sugar in it, so even without added sugar, 8 ounces of milk contain about 12 grams of sugar from lactose.
  • If you substitute a plant-based milk for cow’s milk, the calorie and sugar content will change.
  • Starbucks offers only one sugar-free syrup (vanilla) on a regular basis, which contains maltodextrose and sucralose. These are the active ingredients in the artificial sweetener Splenda.
  • The Starbucks app reflects the menu items as listed; it cannot factor in your order modifications (like fewer pumps of syrup) in the nutrition summary.
