“This version is much healthier,” Darlington explains. “It contains no sugar or sugar alcohols, and it is high in protein (over 10 grams per serving).”

I also like that they’re plant-based, are a good source of fiber, and don’t contain artificial sweeteners like many low or no sugar products do (instead they have monk fruit as an additional natural sugar-free sweetener),” Avery Zenker, RD at EverFlex Fitness says.
