Frozen cod is all too easy to throw together in a pinch last minute. Whether you’re cooking it on the stove, in the oven, or an air fryer, frozen filets cook in just minutes and offer heart healthy benefits like omega-3 fatty acids. Look for frozen cod from Alaska to ensure that your fish is wild caught and contains more heart healthy and high-quality fats than conventionally farmed fish options.
