This family favorite by dietitian Nicole Addison on TikTok will become a staple in your meal prep rotation. With a super quick prep time and just 25 minutes to cook, you can have dinner on the table in about half an hour.

The spices are what make this dish shine: cumin, paprika, garlic and onion powders, chipotle powder, and brown sugar. Mix the chicken and spices together, and spread on a sheet pan with broccoli, onion, and potatoes. Bake at 450ºF for 25 minutes, and dinner’s ready. Lindsay of The Lean Green Bean Lindsay on TikTok crafted this creative take on fried rice. Made with simple, no-prep ingredients like cooked quinoa, frozen veggies, and a bag of shrimp, this recipe really takes the mental load out of cooking.

A couple of things to note about this recipe: You have to pull the sheet pan out of the oven to add the shrimp for the last few minutes, so it isn’t a set-it-and-forget-it situation. Also, to make this recipe even simpler, purchase pre-cooked quinoa in the freezer section of your grocery store (or make extras on another night and save them for this).

Taylor Servalish of The Minute Dietitian on TikTok is the mastermind behind this recipe, and we think the secret ingredient will have your tastebuds buzzing. Quickly chop all of your veggies and chicken into smaller pieces, scatter them on a sheet pan, and roast it all at 400ºF for about 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Cutting the chicken up this way helps it cook faster.

If you want to make this recipe even easier, buy pre-cooked rice or use minute rice in the microwave. When done baking, serve over rice for a balanced dinner or meal-prepped lunch option.

Wan Na Chun of One Pot Wellness on TikTok says there’s no pie pan required for this super fresh take on apple pie. Instead of layering everything in a pie pan, layer dough out on a sheet pan and fill the inner two-thirds with sliced, seasoned apples.

Fold the dough over the perimeter of the sliced apples, forming its own crust in the shape of a rectangle. Add butter, spices, and an egg wash to quickly polish off this beautiful dessert before you bake it. Bake at 375ºF for 30 to 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

With a little prep work beforehand, make a marinade for the tofu to add a super delicious sweet and umami flavor. On the sheet pan, you’ll roast the marinated tofu with veggies at 420ºF for about 25 minutes. While everything is in the oven, make the spicy tahini dressing with tahini, sriracha, lime juice to drizzle on the finished bowls.
