When in a time crunch after a busy day, there’s no way you’ll want to make a home-cooked meal that will take hours to prepare. You look for alternatives that will feed a family (or just yourself) and take little to no time to cook. Costco is a gem for many food items, but they also have an array of pre-made meals that are ready to take home and simply warm up. Take a look at these Costco pre-made meals that you’ll be sure to enjoy quickly and easily.

1. Kirkland Signature Chicken Tacos

I love a DIY kit, and this taco platter is just that. Enjoy an easy-to-ensemble taco full of taco-seasoned grilled chicken, shredded cheese, coleslaw, salsa, cilantro lime sauce, and sliced fresh lime that you can load onto soft tortillas. The flavors of each item are there, they’re not overpowering. However, they make a nice mixture of ingredients for a taco when they’re together. I’ve had better tacos, I won’t lie, and I will most likely add a little more pizazz to the meal (like some fresh avocado), but for a quick, easy Costco pre-made meal, this one does the job.

2. Yakisoba Stir-Fry with Seasoned Chicken

With crisp, fresh vegetables, a heaping mound of noodles, and a hefty amount of seasoned chicken, this meal checks all the dinner boxes. We’ve got flavor, we’ve got nutrients, and we’ve got satisfying. It’s so simple to make; just dump all of the ingredients into a wok or saucepan and let it cook. The Costco pre-made meal also comes with stir-fry sauce to mix in, which gives all the flavors of Asian flare. There’s so much food, so you’ll be happy to keep these as leftovers throughout the week.

3. Enchilada Bake with Rotisserie Chicken

First things first, if you’ve never tried Costco’s rotisserie chicken on its own, then I highly suggest grabbing one. It is tender, moist, and full of flavor. With that being said, this easy enchilada bake has their rotisserie chicken in it, and that’s one of the many reasons I love this meal. You can stick the whole thing into the oven, which makes for no mess and tons of convenience. However, it’s important to note that this bake contains enchilada flavors and ingredients such as tortillas, sauce, veggies, cheese, and beans, but it is cooked and served more like a casserole.

4. Chicken Pot Pie

Chicken pot pie is a comfort meal for me. It feels cozy every time I eat it, which is why I love this Costco pre-made meal. If you’ve ever baked a pie you know how simple it is to stick in the oven and cook. Since it’s a giant and packed pie, this dinner is great to serve for a family. It also makes cleanup very easy. It’s flaky, salty, and full of chicken. But an FYI, you may want to add a little more gravy to keep the dough moist.

5. Gyro Meal Kit

Costco’s pre-made meals are presented in a lot of different international cuisines, and Greek food makes itself known in the retail company’s Gyro kit. Enjoy Mediterranean cuisine as this other DIY kit is full of gyro wraps, lamb or beef, tzatziki sauce, feta cheese, and a combo bowl of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onions. While the meat is already cooked, you can warm it up as you please. While the wraps are on the smaller side, you get a lot of protein to stack, meaning you’ll get a good meal in for the week.
