Here’s what you’ll need for 24 pieces:

• 2 cups full fat Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
• 2 tbsp sweetener of choice
• 1 tsp pure vanilla extract (optional)
• strawberries, blueberries, chocolate chips, or toppings of choice

Whisk the yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla in a bowl. Spread onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Sprinkle on toppings like fruit, granola, and chocolate chips as desired. Pop the baking sheet into the freezer for four hours or until fully chilled.

After the bark is fully frozen, break apart pieces with your hands, or slice into bars with a knife or pizza cutter. Store leftovers in the freezer.

My honest review

This was the easiest recipe I’ve ever made in my life. No baking, sauteing or boiling? Count me in! The freezer did all the work, honestly. This is not a quick and easy recipe for grab-and-go, however. The prep work took about 5 minutes. However, as the recipe says, the yogurt needs a few hours to freeze for optimal tastiness.

How to make frozen yogurt bark on your own

One of the best facets of this recipe lies in the fact that it’s totally customizable. Try homemade granola or some of the store-bought variety works too. Add some nuts, seeds, or chocolate chips. Add any type of fruit you desire (kiwi would be a great option) and switch up the yogurt flavor if plain greek isn’t your thing.

When the frozen yogurt bark is cut into twenty-four pieces yielding 24 individual servings, each piece is just 14 calories each and two and a half grams of protein. While offering a low-calorie and high-protein snack, this nutritious yogurt bark introduces probiotics and calcium as well.
