There are several recipes on TikTok for making the viral TikTok Chicken Caesar Wrap. I followed a recipe by Maria Lichty on the food blog, Two Peas And Their Pod.

Here’s what you’ll need for four servings:

  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken, grilled, fried, or rotisserie
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup croutons
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 4 flour tortillas or wraps, 10-inch

In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, chopped chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Use tongs to toss well and really coat the ingredients with the dressing.. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Taste and add more dressing, if desired. Set aside.

In a large pan, warm the tortillas over medium heat for about 15 to 30 seconds per side, just until they are pliable. Place on a plate and cover with a kitchen towel to keep them warm. Alternatively, you can warm them in the microwave in between paper towels for 15 to 30 seconds.

Place the tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the Caesar salad mixture between the flour tortillas, placing it in the center of the tortilla. Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up, burrito-style. You can stick a toothpick in the center to help keep them closed. Cut in half or serve the wraps whole.

My honest review

If I could make this everyday, I’d be a happy woman. The crisp lettuce mixed with that zesty caesar dressing is the perfect combination of texture and taste. I used Kirkland Lightly Breaded Chicken Breast Chunks from Costco that I cooked up in my air fryer for my wrap. That protein choice was a great alternative for those who don’t have the time to grill or bake their chicken. I wanted a lower carb option so I opted out of the croutons.

One of my favorite aspects of this meal was the fact that so many of the ingredients could be prepped ahead of time. That morning, I cut up and washed some romaine lettuce, placed it in the fridge, and it was ready to go by midday. Everything else was store-bought and easy to whip together.

One note: the wraps will get soggy if they are wrapped too much longer than 8 hours because of the moist nature of the ingredients. The wraps are best served right after prep.

Those looking for an extra challenge or a more organic Chicken Caesar Wrap could opt to make their own caesar dressing and croutons.
