We see you there at the BBQ, being so careful, loading up on the vegetables, avoiding the gloopy “salads,” going light (or skipping) the alcohol. Then, you top your bunless burger with some condiments, and suddenly you’ve inadvertently added hidden sugar and other undesirable ingredients to your plate. And all you wanted was a little ketchup.
