Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 small apple, peeled, cored and cut
- 1 cup purified water
- 1/2 cup ice
- 2 teaspoons watercress
- 2 teaspoons local honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
Directions
- Placed all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
