2 cups baby spinach leaves
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Seasonings (garlic, nutritional yeast, turmeric or ginger), to taste
Combine spinach with olive oil.
Spread in a single row on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and sprinkle with seasonings.
Bake for 12 minutes at 325ºF. Turn off the oven but leave the pan in there for an additional 5 minutes, to let it cool. Remove the pan from the oven and let the spinach sit in the pan for another 5 minutes to crisp up even more.
