Ranch Dressing with Greek Yogurt and Chia

Ingredients

½ garlic clove

¾ cup plain Greek yogurt

¼ cup olive oil

3 tablespoons fresh chopped dill

1 ½ tablespoons chia seeds

Directions

  1. Peel and mince the garlic. In a blender (or food processor), combine the garlic, yogurt, olive oil dill and chia seeds and process thoroughly, about 30 seconds. Add sea salt to taste, if you wish. Serve.
