Iced Matcha Latte

Ingredients

  • ½ cup hot water
  • 1 teaspoon matcha tea powder
  • ½ cup organic coconut milk (or whatever dairy/non-dairy drink you prefer)
  • 1 teaspoon raw organic honey
  • Ice cubes

Directions

  1. Add the hot (but not boiling) water to a Mason jar along with the matcha powder. Cover the jar and shake well.
  2. Add the coconut milk, honey and ice cubes.
  3. For a frothier latte, combine all ingredients in a blender and blend, then transfer to the jar.
