Ingredients

1 lemon, juice

1 full ginger root (the size would cover the palm of your hand) - peeled and shredded with a carrot shaver or cheese grater

1 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together, put in a jar and let "pickle" overnight in the refrigerator.

  2. Chew ½-1 teaspoon ginger pickle before your largest meal and then spit it out.
