Ingredients

1 ounce simple syrup

1/2 ounce fresh orange juice

1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice

3 ounces dry sparkling wine

2 ounces Aperol

12 ounces ice

1 half orange slice, for garnish

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients (except orange slice) in blender, pulse, then blend.

  2. Pour mixture into a glass and garnish with orange.
