Recommended Barware: Highball Glass
- 1/4 cup fresh pineapple wedges
- 3 fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/2 cup organic kale juice
- 2 ounces gin or vodka
- Garnish: Pineapple wedge
- Muddle all but 1 of the pineapple wedges and the basil leaves in a cocktail shaker until there are no large pieces remaining. Add the kale juice, gin, and ice and shake for 10 seconds.
- Strain the contents of the shaker into an ice-filled highball glass, garnish with the remaining pineapple wedge, and serve.
