Ingredients

1/4 cup fresh pineapple wedges

3 fresh basil leaves, chopped

1/2 cup organic kale juice

2 ounces gin or vodka

Ice

Garnish: Pineapple wedge

Directions

  1. Muddle all but 1 of the pineapple wedges and the basil leaves in a cocktail shaker until there are no large pieces remaining. Add the kale juice, gin, and ice and shake for 10 seconds.

  2. Strain the contents of the shaker into an ice-filled highball glass, garnish with the remaining pineapple wedge, and serve.
