|
November 20, 2017

We call it Turkey Day, but really, Thanksgiving is all about the sides. Whether you’re making everything yourself or bringing a dish to someone else’s table, here are three healthy, simple to make vegetable sides sure to please any crowd.

Shave and saute Brussels instead of halving and roasting. Mix carrots with parsnips for a sweet roasted side. And upgrade mashed potatoes by swapping in butternut squash mixed with plenty of garlic. Make one or all three and watch everyone come back for seconds.
