Starbucks is everywhere, and sometimes it’s simply the easiest place to grab breakfast, coffee, or something to hold you over until your next meal. And while plenty of the menu leans sweet, there are some solid choices if you know where to look.

These five give you a mix of breakfast, coffee, and a sweeter drink without a ton of added sugar.

1. Spinach, Feta & Egg White Wrap

290 calories · 20g protein · 3.5g saturated fat · 840mg sodium · 5g sugar · 3g fiber

This is a solid breakfast when you need something you can eat on the go. Egg whites and feta bring the protein up to 20 grams, while spinach and a whole-wheat wrap make it more substantial than grabbing a pastry with your coffee.

The sodium is fairly high at 840 milligrams, so that’s the number to keep in mind if you’re watching your intake throughout the day.

2. Iced Sugar-Free Vanilla Protein Matcha, Grande

210 calories · 31g protein · 2.5g saturated fat · 135mg sodium · 10g sugar · 1g fiber

For a sweeter drink, this one packs in 31 grams of protein without any added sugar. The vanilla syrup is sugar-free, while the 10 grams of sugar listed on the nutrition label come naturally from the milk.

At 210 calories, it’s more substantial than a typical iced matcha, so it can work well when you want your coffee-shop drink to actually hold you over for a while.

3. Egg White & Roasted Red Pepper Egg Bites

170 calories · 12g protein · 5g saturated fat · 470mg sodium · 3g sugar

These are a good choice when you want something to eat but don’t need a full breakfast sandwich. The two egg bites have 12 grams of protein and include spinach and roasted red peppers, all for 170 calories.

They’re fairly light on their own, so pair them with fruit if you need a more filling breakfast or snack.

4. Caffè Americano, Grande

15 calories · 0g saturated fat · 10mg sodium · 0g sugar · 225mg caffeine

If you prefer your coffee simple, an Americano is espresso topped with hot water, with no sugar unless you add it yourself. A grande has just 15 calories, so there’s plenty of room to add a splash of milk if straight espresso is too strong.

One thing worth knowing: a grande has about 225 milligrams of caffeine, considerably more than you might expect from such a simple drink.

5. Caffè Misto, Grande

110 calories · 7g protein · 2g saturated fat · 100mg sodium · 10g sugar · 150mg caffeine

A Caffè Misto is a nice middle ground if you want something creamier than black coffee without ordering a flavored latte. It’s made with brewed coffee and steamed 2% milk, which gives it 7 grams of protein and a naturally sweeter taste without added sugar.

The 10 grams of sugar come from the milk, and you can swap in a different milk if that better fits your preferences.
