Pep-Up Tea

10 minIngredients
1 tablespoon fresh finely grated fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
pinch of cayenne pepper
2 1/4 cups hot water
squeeze of lemon
touch of raw honey
Directions
Stir and brew for 10 minutes
Strain and pour into mugs.
Add a squeeze of lemon juice and a touch of raw honey.
