Could eating healthy dinners get any easier? While sheet pan meals are often high in protein, they often lack fiber, which comes from plant foods like vegetables, fruits, grains, beans, and nuts and has big benefits when it comes to heart health, blood sugar management, and gut health. High-fiber sheet pan recipes can be hard to come by, but we’ve got you covered with a delicious list!
