There’s a lot of advice out there about how to start your day off right, but we’re partial to mornings that begins with a healthy breakfast. And the easiest way to make sure that happens is to make breakfast ahead of time. This might mean taking some time on to Sunday to meal prep a big batch of burritos. Or it might just mean assembling your overnight oats before you go to bed. Either way, there’s something for you on this list of make ahead breakfast recipes. They’re great if you’re feeding a small army or a household of one.
