Brussel sprouts are high-fiber veggies that support regularity and gut health — and who doesn’t want those things? They’re also packed with antioxidants that may reduce oxidative stress and lower the risk of some chronic diseases. Oh, and did you know they’re a great source of vitamin C, calcium, and folate? It’s no surprise that once folks figured out how delicious roasted Brussels sprouts could be, this veggie became a side dish rockstar.
