Winter Fruit Salad

Ingredients
- 1 organic grapefruit, peeled, sliced and seeded
- 2 organic kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1 organic apple, chopped
- 1 handful of mint, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- Local honey (optional)
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix fruit with mint and lime.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate, covered up to five days.
- Optional: Drizzle the honey on top for added sweetness.
