Ingredients

  • 1 organic grapefruit, peeled, sliced and seeded
  • 2 organic kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 organic apple, chopped
  • 1 handful of mint, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Local honey (optional)

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix fruit with mint and lime.
  2. Serve immediately or refrigerate, covered up to five days.
  3. Optional: Drizzle the honey on top for added sweetness.
