Sweet & Sour Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh Brussels sprouts, shredded
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ΒΌ tsp sea salt
- Pinch freshly ground black pepper
- 2 T maple syrup
- 2T white balsamic vinegar
Directions
- Sautee Brussels sprouts till caramelized.
- Add syrup and balsamic. Cook till coated. Season with salt and pepper.
