Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh Brussels sprouts, shredded
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ΒΌ tsp sea salt
  • Pinch freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 T maple syrup
  • 2T white balsamic vinegar

Directions

  1. Sautee Brussels sprouts till caramelized.
  2. Add syrup and balsamic. Cook till coated. Season with salt and pepper.
