1 lb fresh Brussels sprouts, shredded

1 Tbsp olive oil

¼ tsp sea salt

Pinch freshly ground black pepper

2 T maple syrup

2T white balsamic vinegar

Directions

  1. Sautee Brussels sprouts till caramelized.

  2. Add syrup and balsamic. Cook till coated. Season with salt and pepper.
