- 1 banana, sliced and frozen
- ¼ cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 teaspoons matcha powder
- 1 scoop collagen (~8 grams)
- ½ teaspoon MCT oil
- Toppings: Berries, shredded coconut
- In a blender, blend together frozen banana, frozen mango, almond milk, matcha powder, collagen, and MCT oil until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and top with berries and coconut. Serve immediately.
