Smoked Salmon Phyllo Cups

Ingredients

1 roll of phyllo dough

2 tablespoons melted butter

Non-sticking cooking spray

2 tubs Arla Original Cream Cheese

4 slices thinly sliced smoked salmon

Optional toppings: chives, dill, capers, red onion

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. On a baking sheet, gently unroll phyllo dough. Carefully separate out 5 sheets of phyllo dough and brush each sheet with butter, layering one on top of another. Cut into 6 squares using a large knife or a pizza cutter. Repeat with the rest of the dough.

  2. Spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray. Take each "square" of phyllo dough and place it in each muffin slot, gently molding it into a cup shape. Place muffin tins in the oven for 10 minutes or until the phyllo is golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool for about 5 minutes.

  3. Place 2 heaping teaspoons of Arla cream cheese in each cup. Top with sliced smoked salmon and sprinkle with toppings of your choice.
