1 cup of quinoa
2 cups of chicken or vegetable stock
A pinch of salt
In a saucepan cover quinoa with water and salt and bring to a boil.
Turn the heat down to low and cover for 15 minutes until broth is absorbed.
Take off the heat and let it stand covered for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
