Quinoa

Ingredients
- 1 cup of quinoa
- 2 cups of chicken or vegetable stock
- A pinch of salt
Directions
- In a saucepan cover quinoa with water and salt and bring to a boil.
- Turn the heat down to low and cover for 15 minutes until broth is absorbed.
- Take off the heat and let it stand covered for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
