Pep-Up Tea

A mug of ginger tea
Enjoy a dose of ginger by steeping fresh slices along with tea or in hot water with honey and lemon.

  • 1 tablespoon fresh finely grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 2 1/4 cups hot water
  • squeeze of lemon
  • touch of raw honey


  1. Stir and brew for 10 minutes
  2. Strain and pour into mugs.
  3. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and a touch of raw honey.
