Ingredients

1 cup non dairy milk or raw milk

1 tablespoon raw cacao powder (like Navitas)

1/2 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (optional)

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients into a saucepan over high heat, using a whisk to break up any clumps. Keep stirring until smooth and piping hot, then pour into a mug and serve warm.
