Good-for-you Chocolate-Hazelnut Spread

¼ cup hazelnuts
Pinch of salt
3 – 4 Tbsp. raw honey
¼ cup raw cacao powder
Cover hazelnuts with cool water, cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Drain hazelnuts, rinse and place in a food processor.
Add salt, honey and cacao powder; process until smooth.
Enjoy on avocado toast, in coffee or on a spoon. Keep leftovers covered in the fridge.
