Good-for-you Chocolate-Hazelnut Spread

  • ¼ cup hazelnuts
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 – 4 Tbsp. raw honey
  • ¼ cup raw cacao powder


  1. Cover hazelnuts with cool water, cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  2. Drain hazelnuts, rinse and place in a food processor.
  3. Add salt, honey and cacao powder; process until smooth.
  4. Enjoy on avocado toast, in coffee or on a spoon. Keep leftovers covered in the fridge.
