- ¼ cup hazelnuts
- Pinch of salt
- 3 – 4 Tbsp. raw honey
- ¼ cup raw cacao powder
- Cover hazelnuts with cool water, cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Drain hazelnuts, rinse and place in a food processor.
- Add salt, honey and cacao powder; process until smooth.
- Enjoy on avocado toast, in coffee or on a spoon. Keep leftovers covered in the fridge.
