- 3 cups of dried unsweetened coconut
- 1 Tbsp. water or coconut milk
- ¼ cup coconut sugar
- ½ tsp. salt
- Toss together coconut, water, coconut sugar, and salt.
- Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 325ºF for about 5 to 7 minutes, then flip the pan around and bake for another 5 minutes or until the coconut is golden brown
