3 cups of dried unsweetened coconut
1 Tbsp. water or coconut milk
¼ cup coconut sugar
½ tsp. salt
Toss together coconut, water, coconut sugar, and salt.
Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 325ºF for about 5 to 7 minutes, then flip the pan around and bake for another 5 minutes or until the coconut is golden brown
