Cinnamon-Apple Overnight Oats

  • ½ cup dry old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • To serve: add a dollop each of plain yogurt, apple butter, and toasted slivered almonds


  1. In a small bowl, combine ½ cup dry old-fashioned oats, 1 cup almond milk, 1 Tbsp. chia seeds, 1 tsp. cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
  2. Mix until combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. When ready to serve, add a dollop each of plain yogurt and apple butter; sprinkle with toasted slivered almonds.
