½ cup yogurt or coconut yogurt

1 cup almond milk

1 teaspoon hemp hearts

1 handful baby spinach

1 medium ripe banana, fresh or frozen

1 cup blueberries, frozen

Directions

  1. Place ingredients in the blender, starting with liquid and soft ingredients (almond milk and yogurt) and ending with frozen ingredients. Blend until incorporated.
