- ½ cup almond milk
- ½ cup oats
- Toppings: ¼ cup frozen blueberries, ½ sliced banana, a sprinkle of cinnamon and a drizzle of maple syrup
Directions
- Pour ½ cup almond milk and ½ cup oats into a Mason jar.
- Then top with ¼ cup frozen blueberries, ½ sliced banana, a sprinkle of cinnamon and a drizzle of maple syrup.
- Cover, refrigerate and enjoy the next day.
