Ingredients

  • 1 bag of green beans, trimmed
  • 1 bowl of ice water
  • Tongs

Directions

  1. Bring a pasta pot of water to a rolling boil.
  2. Drop in green beans, for 2-3 minutes until dark green.
  3. Remove beans with tongs and place in ice water for 1 minute, then drain and serve.
