Black Bean Salad

Ingredients

1 cup drained black beans

1/2 cup frozen corn, thawed

1/4 cup diced green bell pepper

1/4 cup diced red bell pepper

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

2 Tbsp lime juice

1/2 firm avocado, diced

1 tsp cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together, and serve as a dip for chips or a side salad.
