Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 small apple, peeled, cored and cut
  • 1 cup purified water
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 2 teaspoons watercress
  • 2 teaspoons local honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger

Directions

  1. Placed all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
