Apple Cider Vinegar, Turmeric & Honey Switchel

500 mL filtered water

2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar

1 garlic clove

2-inch piece ginger root

1 teaspoon of turmeric

1/8 teaspoon cayenne

2 teaspoon honey

Directions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth.
