Anti-Allergy Tea

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups dried nettle leaf
- 3/4 cup catnip
- 3/4 cup peppermint
- 3/4 cup anise seeds
- 1/2 cup eyebright
- 1/2 cup elderflower
- 1/2 cup marshmallow root
- 1/2 cup local bee pollen
- 1/4 cup red clover blossoms
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and store in closed container.
- When ready to use, pour 1 ½ cups hot water over 1 tablespoon of tea.
- Cover and steep for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Strain and enjoy
