  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 lemon wedge


  1. Put the salmon on a bed of lentils with a side of asparagus and heat up (about 2 minutes in a microwave)
  2. Top with a drizzle of balsamic, olive oil and a lemon squeeze
