Braised Lentils w/ Salmon

Ingredients
- Baked Salmon you prepped Sunday (recipe above)
- Braised Lentils you prepped Sunday (recipe above)
- Roasted Asparagus you prepped Sunday (recipe above)
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 lemon wedge
Directions
- Put the salmon on a bed of lentils with a side of asparagus and heat up (about 2 minutes in a microwave)
- Top with a drizzle of balsamic, olive oil and a lemon squeeze
