Why I Started Using Mānuka Honey Instead of Regular Honey

Every afternoon I savor a cup of tea with honey. It’s my favorite pick-me-up, and it’s the part of my routine I look forward to most. 

So when I started hearing more about Mānuka honey for things like gut health, immunity, and energy, I got interested pretty quickly. I remember thinking that if I already use honey every single day, I might as well look into one with a few more health benefits behind it.
