Anti-Allergy Tea

Ingredients

1 ½ cups dried nettle leaf

3/4 cup catnip

3/4 cup peppermint

3/4 cup anise seeds

1/2 cup eyebright

1/2 cup elderflower

1/2 cup marshmallow root

1/2 cup local bee pollen

1/4 cup red clover blossoms

Directions

Combine all ingredients and store in closed container.

When ready to use, pour 1 ½ cups hot water over 1 tablespoon of tea.

Cover and steep for 10 to 15 minutes.

Strain and enjoy
