Ingredients
- ½ garlic clove
- ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh chopped dill
- 1 ½ tablespoons chia seeds
Directions
- Peel and mince the garlic. In a blender (or food processor), combine the garlic, yogurt, olive oil dill and chia seeds and process thoroughly, about 30 seconds. Add sea salt to taste, if you wish. Serve.
