- 1 c. mango
- 3/4 c. coconut water
- 2 Tbsp. oatmeal (rolled oats or cooked steel-cut oats)
- 1/2 c. yogurt (Clean Plates recommends organic, plain and unsweetened)
- Squeeze of lime
- Pinch of sea salt
- Blend all ingredients together and enjoy.
