This recipe is Devin Burke’s favorite Springtime dinner because it’s healthy, simple to make, and tastes amazing.

Healthy Stir-Fry

  • Serves: 2

  • 1 tbs coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • Local and organic spring veggies (onion, asparagus, broccoli, peas and watercress)
  • 1/2 cup quinoa
  • 1 tsp Braggs Liquid Amino's


  1. Heat coconut oil and sauté ginger and garlic
  2. Add in veggies
  3. Cook quinoa and place veggie sauté over quinoa.
  4. Top with Braggs Liquid Amino's for additional flavor.
  5. Enjoy!
